Select the size fish you would like and how you would like it processed:
If you would like a single fillet portion (approx 180g) simply selection the portion option.
If you order a whole fish, selest your preferred size and we will simply scale and gut it.
If you order a filleted fish, select your preferred size and we will scale, fillet and pin bone your fish, leaving you with just the fillets.
 
Please note that weights are approximate, but as accurate as possible. Whilst we endeavour to remove all bones, when pin boning, this product may still contain bones.
