If you order a whole fish, we will simply gut it.
if you order a whole fish, trimmed - We will simply remove the guts and the frill from around the fish.
If you order it filleted, we will gut and fillet the fish sending you just the fillets
 
Please note that weights are approximate, but as accurate as possible. Whilst we endeavour to remove all bones, when pin boning, this product may still contain bones.
