If you order the whole fish we will simply gut it.
If you order it filleted, we will gut and fillet your fish, leaving you with just the fillets.
 
Please note that weights are approximate, but as accurate as possible. Whilst we endeavour to remove all bones, when pin boning, this product may still contain bones.
